Best TV guide so far

TechCrunch is right.  Couchville is an awesome, simple TV guide.  It's the almost* perfect replacement to Yahoo's slow TV listings site.

*Couchville doesn't have the convenient "record-to-tivo" feature.

I used to love Yahoo's tv guide. Until they switched to Ajax. Which is shiny, sure. But it also means it takes ten years to load the page, and then another 15 years to get the listings I want. It makes me cry, Yahoo's tv guide. I'll have to try Couchville. Otherwise, I generally find myself limited to the Tivo's info guide thingie, which is informative, but not always useful when trying to plan ahead.

I used to love Yahoo's TV guide, too. But don't blame ajax for Yahoo's failing! Couchville is a site that uses ajax correctly. (Dragging the guide around is a cinch, if that's how you'd like to navigate.) Look what Yahoo could have done...
