On Saturday, we went to play at the ruins of the Sutro Baths near the Cliff House. The song for the day was the theme song for Indiana Jones.

On the sidewalk near Ocean Beach, was the graffiti in the photo. It made us happy.

I love the ruins of the Sutro Baths... and I'm pleased to learn they're still there, and still accessible! I haven't been to the Bay Area in many, many years, but the Sutro Baths ruins are, to me, one of the highlights of the area! It's so fascinating to look at the old photos, then wander through the crumbling pools and try to imagine what it was like, and which section of the ruins was which pool. The new Indiana Jones film opens May 22! Good to know you're introducing a new generation to the adventure! (As for the sidewalk art -- dude, that movie sucked in so many ways, not the least of which was permanently implanting the phrase, "America: F--- yeah!" in my long-term memory.)
