Yea, Microsoft!
I had a really happy experience lately with Microsoft. I've had problems with various early versions of the Natural Keyboard. Either the arrow keys were not placed for optimal gamingcoding, or the F-Lock key would reset to the unpreferred state after some time.
The Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 retains the F-Lock setting that I explicitly set, and Microsoft just sent me an email by way of which I can track my rebate. (The check was mailed on 03/18/2007. Love that time-travel.) I love automated rebate tracking.
I finally have a keyboard that remembers what I told it, has the keys in the right position, and I can watch my rebate roll in.
