Managing friends with "circles" seems sensible enough. I like that the circles are like tags or labels, rather than mutually exclusive folders.
I'm frantically writing a new and unique Google+ app called, "farm-hamlet!" To play it, you have to give it permission to invite everyone on your contacts list. You guys are going to love it!
