I've fixed my Kindle Touch so that I can now stand it up and lean it against things to do some reading with my hands free.

That's right: as shipped, you can't do that with the Kindle Touch because they put the reboot button on the bottom of the device and it sticks out slightly, so standing it up continuously depresses the button.
