Question for +Elliott Noel , which picture of the Buckyballs is better? The one where they're separated by short line, and a gentle nudge to either side would cause it to snap pleasantly into a perfect little cylinder? Or the other one, where they've been carefully positioned against their natural state into an ever-so-slightly imperfect cylinder? I think I hear their little magnetic fields crying out in pain.

Oh, shit, +Hiromi Cota , that comment came the actual day my father died! (He was discovered the next day.) He was at a birthday dinner that day. There must have been cake. No joke. (And no worries about me bringing this up. It isn't a subtle call for sympathy. Just, wow.)
