Backup of David's Livejournal

There's stuff going on keeping me away from my family.  It may take longer than expected, and involve some hard decisions.  When it's not all so close to home, I'll probably explain.  (And when I write that, I'll delete this vague entry.)  Anyway, this is a very scary time.  And it sucks that this is causing hardship for all involved.

It's a sandwich generation thing.  (And that gives away most of it.)
